2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please fill out the back of the invoice you received completely, specify the size and model you wish to exchange, and send it to us via MNG Cargo with code 354793720.
You can send your package to us via MNG Cargo using the Sürat Kargo Return and Exchange Code 1364744276 (Samsunspor Mağazacılık ve Sportif Ürünler San ve Tic A.Ş).
3. REFUND
Refunds for purchases made with a credit card are processed to the credit card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be processed to a different credit card or in cash.
Refunds to credit cards will be credited to your card account within 10 business days, depending on your bank.
For installment payments, the full refund amount will be transferred to your credit card bank in a single payment by us. Your bank will then refund the installment amount to your card over the same number of months as the number of installments you selected.
