Your personal data is processed by SAMSUNSPOR MAĞAZACILIK VE SPORTİF ÜRÜNLER SAN. TİC. A.Ş. (“Company”), registered with the Samsun Trade Registry under number 30850 and located at Yeni Mahalle Mahallesi Atatürk Bulvarı Samsunspor Tesisleri 7/7 Canik/Samsun, as the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and this Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data and Marketing Processes (“Clarification Text”).
Our Company respects your privacy and your rights regarding the protection of your personal data and works to establish and maintain a relationship based on trust with you. In this context, our Company processes your personal data in accordance with all legislative provisions regarding the protection of personal data, primarily the KVKK, and takes all necessary security measures to ensure the security of your data. This Clarification Text explains the scope within which your personal data collected via physical and/or electronic environments is processed within the framework of (i) promotion of our Company and our Company’s products and/or services and establishing and/or increasing loyalty to them, (ii) activities to increase our Company's brand recognition / awareness, (iii) activities to be developed for customer acquisition or value creation in existing customers, (iv) marketing analysis studies (e.g. profiling, segmentation, targeting, retargeting, data enrichment), (v) measurement and reporting of campaign / marketing performances, (vi) social media communication and interaction activities, and (vii) advertising, campaigns, offers, promotion, surveys, sweepstakes, launches, events, competitions, promotions, commercial electronic communication, and other direct and/or indirect personalized / mass marketing activities (“Marketing Activities”).

Methods of Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by our Company through fully or partially automated means, or non-automated means provided they are part of a data recording system, from electronic and/or physical environments within the scope of Marketing Activities through channels such as www.store55.com.tr and other Company websites and mobile applications, our Company's physical stores, dealers, distributors, authorized services and other points of sale, marketplaces and chain stores contracted by our Company, printed forms, customer communication center, e-mail, SMS, telephone, fax, cargo / mail, our Company's headquarters welcome desks, request / complaint platforms, online meeting / communication platforms, in-house information systems, authorized public institutions and organizations, integrated systems belonging to other relevant third parties, and other methods (channels) that may be added to these in the future.

The categories of personal data collected and processed within the processes of: Marketing activities management; marketing communication management; customer relations and satisfaction management; request / complaint / suggestion management; storage and archive management; audit and internal audit management; fulfillment of legal obligations and management of legal and consultancy affairs including the conduct of dispute proceedings (e.g. lawsuit, execution, mediation) to which the Company is a party and/or related; quality standards management; mandatory communication management and communication, audit and reporting management processes within the scope of compliance with our shareholder's global policies and procedures, as well as the purposes and legal grounds for the collection and processing of your limited personal data in these categories, are explained in detail below.

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing, know third parties to whom data is transferred, and request correction or deletion of your data.
