Cancellation, Refund and Exchange

THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED DID NOT FIT MY SIZE WHAT CAN I DO?

IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN THE ITEM I HAVE RECEIVED?

You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt. In order for the return process to take place, the product/products you want to return must reach our warehouse within 14 days. The packaging of the returned product must be undamaged and the label must not be broken. Personalized products cannot be returned.

WHEN IS THE REFUND OF THE PRODUCT I RETURNED?

After the returned product reaches our warehouse, the return conditions are checked. If the conditions are suitable, the return process is completed within 2-10 days. If the conditions are not suitable, the product will be sent back to your address. The reflection time of the refunded amount to your card for shopping made with a credit card varies according to the processes and practices of the banks, and is usually 2-5 days.

CAN I ADD OR REMOVE THE ORDER I MADE?

Your orders reach us online. Since the payment amount you have made cannot be changed, it is not possible to add or remove products from your order later. You must create a new order for the product you want to add.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE SHIPPING INFORMATION OF MY ORDER?
