Shipping and Delivery

Your orders, credit card, payment at the door will be delivered to the cargo within 3 working days from the date of receipt of your order . For payments by money order, your order will be delivered to the cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after the fee is transferred to our account.

Shipping time for personalized products is 5-7 business days.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

Your orders will be delivered to you by the contracted cargo company MNG KARGO.

Returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the seller.
